No Charge
An initial consultation will be held to discuss project parameters. A site visit will be conducted to identify potential challenges. This phase will conclude with a preliminary cost estimate.
$5,000 - $12,000 (Designer and Surveyor Fees)
A comprehensive land survey will be performed, and detailed architectural plans will be developed. This will enable our quantity surveyors to provide a precise cost projection.
Deliverables:
All necessary approvals and applications are included in the project cost and will be handled upon mutual contract signing. Client communication will include progress updates from the assigned project manager.
The project will be executed under a contract with an independent Master Builder. Ongoing communication and updates will be provided by your dedicated project manager throughout the construction process.
Upon completion, the client will receive the keys, a 12-month defects maintenance period, a 10-year guarantee, and a custom-built home designed to meet their specific needs and lifestyle.
